Dates

Fibre rich, high in potassium and iron

 

Oats

High in in fibre and complex carbohydrates which releases fuel slowly into the bloodstream - great for sustained energy during exercise

 

Cinnamon

Great for balancing blood sugar which can prevent fatigue

 

Ingredients

25g maca powder

30g coconut oil

2 large medjool dates - if using regular dates use 25g

25 g oats

10g desiccated coconut

1tsp cinnamon

Method

Blend, roll into balls. Roll balls in desiccated coconut to make them look pretty. Store in Fridge.

Makes 6-8 energy balls.
